Endora Return & Refund Policy

Timelines

Return booking: Must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

Pickup: Arranged within 48 hours of booking.

Transit: Returns usually reach our warehouse in 3–5 days after pickup.

Total process time: Typically 6–7 working days from pickup to refund completion.

Condition & Quality Check (QC)

Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Every returned item undergoes a Quality Check (QC) after arriving at our warehouse.

Items failing QC are not eligible for a refund.

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued if appropriate.

Refund Options

Once QC is approved, you can choose one of the following:

1. Endora Wallet Refund

Refund is credited to your Endora Wallet after deducting the ₹200 return fee.

Wallet refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after QC.


2. Coupon Code

Instead of wallet money, you can opt for a coupon code of the refunded amount (minus ₹200).

The coupon can be used on your next Endora purchase.

Return Flow — Step by Step

1. Book:
Click the return button above or DM us on Instagram (@endora.life) to initiate your return.
You can also email us at endora.life@gmail.com to start the process.


2. Pickup:
A delivery partner will collect the item within 48 hours of booking.


3. Transit:
Your parcel reaches our warehouse in 3–5 days.


4. QC:
Our team inspects the item within 24 hours of arrival.


5. Refund:
If QC passes, your refund (minus the ₹200 return fee) is issued to your Endora Wallet or as a coupon code, based on your preference.
